All orders must be paid in full before we ship your item(s). All items are non-refundable.
All orders will be shipped with Canada Post or UPS services from Whistler, British Columbia, Canada.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to custom issues.
Please be aware that you are at your own risk and we are not responsible for parcel lost (very small chance) if you choose shipping with no tracking.
We can’t be held responsible for any shipping delays due to post office or shipping carrier issues.
Unfortunately, if any shipping info is entered incorrectly, and the package is returned to the sender we will require payment for shipping out your package again.
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer any refunds or returns once the item has been shipped.
